Shipping

 

All shipping will done through U.S.P.S. priority mail unless it is a live animal. Some animals can be shipped through U.S.P.S. overnight depending on zip code. Frogs can be shipped also by UPS if the customer prefers. All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive. D.O.A.’s must be reported to me within an hour of delivery. Pictures of the animal must be emailed to me with one hour of delivery if D.O.A.. Live arrival guarantee is void is the package is not signed for on the first attempt. If an animal does not arrive alive a refund will be given minus the shipping and box cost.  

All live animals will include a $5.00 box charge.

All live orders will be shipped Monday thru Wednesday.  

All dry goods orders will be shipped Monday thru Friday.  

Ordering

 

All orders are final. If a mistake is made when ordering please email me immediately and I will try to fix the problem. Once an order it is shipped it can not be canceled. Most orders ship within 24 hours of placing them. If you receive your order and you are not satisfied please call me immediately and I will work to fix the problem.

Payments

 

Payments can be made through Paypal, Personal check, Postal money orders or credit card through Paypal. Personal checks must clear before the order will be shipped. If paying through Paypal please make sure you have a confirmed  

and verified address.
